Refund/Exchange Policy
Returns are not permitted unless the wrong product or a damaged product was sent.
Exchanges are permitted. To be eligible for an exchange, your item MUST be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Additionally, only regularly priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. Please send an email to info@lusakafabrics.com within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
For returned orders, you will be contacted to communicate the reason for the return. If the reason for the return is not our error, the buyer will be required to pay to re-ship the item. As we do not accept returns or cancellations, after 14 days, buyers who do not pay for re-shipping will be refunded for their purchase minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping amount paid.
